Religious practice

I try to practice to the best of my ability e.g. perform the wajibats, attend mosque when I can etc. I see Islam as a way of life and so it plays a significant part in how I conduct myself and the choices I make.

My partner preferences

I would like to be able to laugh with my husband and just be myself around him so he's got to be quite witty, confident (at least be confident that the joke he is about to crack is a funny one or that it's soooooooo SAD that it'll make me smile anyway!) and be easy going. Responsible, sensible, independent, fun to be around and moderately open minded. Unique people interest me. This can be in spirituality, intelligence, looks, or whatever Allah SWT may have blessed them with. And it goes without saying he's got to have a romantic bone, be sweet, kind etc..basically a proper guy!

I'm generally am a smiley person. I like to get on with people and try and make them feel comfortable. Family life is very important to me. Anything from an 'everyone's-invited' BBQ to intimate times with just me and those whom I'm closest to. I ADORE kids and I have a wonderful daughter of my own mashaAllah who is the apple of my eye. I work hard at what I do and so I take my chilling out time very seriously too! My favourite pastime is to be around the people I love the most and with those who love me. With many of life's experiences, especially the good things, it's not what I'm doing but rather who I'm doing them with that decides whether I've had a 'so-so' time or an AMAZING wanna-do-it-again time! I would say that I am quite a creative person. My job is fairly professional and so in my spare time I like to do things that let me express that creativity. Ethics, the environment and human rights are important to me. All the above being said, I don't want a copy of myself. I would like us to share some core values like the importance we give to our faith, our family and the commitment and devotion we would have for each other.
