Religious practice

I try my best to practice. I would call myself a moderately practicing shia Muslim but I certainly want to improve so that I can be highly practicing. Believing is one thing and practicing is another, it takes all the hard work. I feel lucky that I try to follow the path of Al-a-Muhammad (s.a.a.w). Alhamdulilah. My father is Sunni and I became Shia due to Allah's blessing, my mother's prayers and my own research.

My partner preferences

I would like my wife to be God fearing and with love of Muhammad va Aal-a-Muhammad s.a.w. She Should be practicing shia with urge to be better so that we can live our lives with modesty, simplicity and kindness towards each other and end up in Jannah together with Imam a.s. of our time. She should be humble and good in Akhlaq. Outside beauty is important but it can't be more important than beauty of eman and practice. Marriage is called half of Emaan for a reason. She should be patient, accommodative, values importance of family. We all have shortcomings and as long as someone is willing to discuss, reflect and improve it should be fine.

More about me

I was born and raised in Islamabad, Pakistan and did my Medical school from Pakistan. I moved to US in 2014 for my Internal Medicine Residency which I completed in 2017 and currently practicing as Internal Medicine Attending close to Atlanta. - I am pretty simple and straightforward person. - I believe in living life modestly no matter how much money you can earn. If Allah has given you more, than our responsibility is to remember others as they have a share in our income. - Fear of Allah and following Path of ahlul bait a.s is a way of success in this life and hereafter. - I eat Zabihah Halal, do not smoke or drink. - I believe in mutual respect & understanding, kindness towards each other, kindness towards families, working together to improve in Deen and Dunya. - I am family oriented person. after all whatever I am today is just due to them. - I am a driven, motivated person and take my job very seriously. I am thinking of doing subspecialty fellowship after couple of years of practice. - Alhamdulilah I've a very good job and stable financially. - I like to read a lot and love to have thoughtful conversation. - I like hiking, outdoors, mountains, movies, learning photography, eating good food. - All of my family is in Pakistan but I am thinking of staying here longterm due to better career prospects.
