More about me

I am an Interior Designer by profession and I currently manage a custom furniture shop - I was employed to redesign the showroom and to manage it. Previously I went to school for economics and then database programming but unfortunately did not enjoy either field so I worked in media sales for just over 4 years. After that I travelled for a few months and then decided to go back to school for design and I think I have found my passion. Outside of school/work, I am quite social. I enjoy both friends and family equally. I have a close knit group of friends that I try to see as often as possible, but with everyone's busy schedules (kids, partners, family, work, etc) its not the easiest thing to do. I am also very close to my cousins and spend quite a bit of time with them as well. Reading, going to museums and galleries, having dinner with friends, summer bbqs, design shows, just a few of the things I enjoy doing in my spare time. My personality is that of a true Sagittarius. I am ambitious, I am not afraid of taking risks, I like to be spontaneous, I enjoy being around people, and I love to travel :) Generally speaking, I have a happy disposition and I am a people person. I have many hopes and dreams and aspirations, and I believe that without them, life would be very mundane.
