Not a religious man, but I do manage to read my prayers, do Nazars and attend Majalis. I'm not just looking for a wife, but a friend and a partner to enjoy life. Someone who is family orientated, enjoys life, knows the balance between duniya and deen. Born and raised in the UK would be great, very difficult to communicate with someone who has no idea of what you're talking about, someone who's experienced life in it's entirety in the west. An appreciation of the world as it is and not what they imagine it to be. Accepting of people as they are and not judgemental. Generally someone who is a positive person and truly loves life and does not use the phrase as a buzz word. Pretentious princesses, I'm seriously not your type....

More about me

I am a laid back sociable person who is family oriented. I try to be open minded and non-judgemental about people, looking for the good rather than the bad. I guess I'd be called an optimist and thus why I need a pragmatic partner to keep me grounded... My simple philosophy is Work to Live, Not Live to Work. I enjoy travelling, but you'll never catch me in 5 star hotels or what have you. I love to explore and see places of character, so UAE and such places have no interest for me. So far my favourite place in the world has been Malaysia, only sad part is that it is so far away... I like the occasional road trip, a lot! So when opportunity avails itself, I just load a duffle bag in the boot of the car and head off.
