Religious practice

I'm moderately religious, I try to fulfil all my wajibats, but I would like to find someone to help me improve my deen. Ideally my wife would be of similar thinking, i.e. fulfilling there wajibats, but certain issues, e.g. wearing a head scarf, I don't mind, as long as they dress modestly. I try to be very charitable, and I would hope that my partner would be the same.

My partner preferences

I would like my future partner to be kind hearted and understanding. I would prefer an educated person although it is not a necessity. Most importantly I would like someone who has a lot in common with me, and has a personality which would compliment my own. (See below.)

More about me

Although I'm not very tall, but as they say, good things come in small packages. I have a masters degree in physics and I am half way through my Phd in astronomy. I love to laugh, and I am always joking about, that isn't to say I can't be serious at times. I enjoy keeping plants, especially bonsai trees. Cooking is one of my biggest hobbies, and so a partner who knows there way around the kitchen would be great. I'm very much a night owl, and so I like going out a lot, especially to restaurants and the cinema. I enjoy modern art and I try and visit museums when I can. Recently I've started to paint and draw, especially abstract art. My favourite hobby is drinking and appreciating tea, I visit independent cafes frequently, and love learning about how tea is produced. Like any normal guy I like video games and television, especially crime dramas, but I tend not to indulge in them too much. I have listed that I have a disability, but its not severe, you wouldn't know by looking at me, but I would be happy to discuss this more in depth privately.
