Religious practice

I have been lucky enough in my life to be guided by Allah to the spiritual knowledge of the Ahlul Bayt and I am a practicing muslim and have been lucky enough to have been in the company of a renowned Shia Sufi for over 10 years. this beautiful association led me to the Shia faith from sunni. I have performed ziyarat recently and would like to go again.

My partner preferences

I am seeking a genuinely loving, caring and well balanced partner. Above all else that special someone should be god fearing, open hearted, well mannered generally. I would really prefer a practicing shia lady but as long as someone is willing to learn i don't mind that either, as that can be a joint process together :-)

Salaam Alaikum/Hi! I am a down to earth, easy going hard working professional (born british with an english sense of humour), with family from Pakistan. I am married with 2 older children but as my wife is older than me and Sunni, I am seeking a second wife in good faith, who preferably is knowledgable in the shia faith or practicing. I am still learning the details about the faith and thought it would be much easier to marry a beloved shia to develop my understanding etc. as part of a long term relationship. I realise that my being married will turn a lot of people off - but i trust in allah in finding someone suitable and for whom i am suitable. I believe we all have free will and the freedom to choose partners, but i leave my fate in the hands of my lord to arrange my affairs. Now a bit more about me :-) I like to spend free time socialising and with family. I love watching movies and I try and jog when I can and play badminton or football to stay fit. I like to travel when I can across the globe. I have a fun sense of humour. I love eating out and I am very easy going and like to meet new people from all faiths and backgrounds.
